CONSPIRE — Crafted Concrete: 5-Year Limited Product Warranty

CONSPIRE stands behind the quality of every basin we produce. Each basin is handcrafted in our facility in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, and finished with a three-layer spray coating system for lasting protection.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement of any product found to have a verified manufacturing defect under normal use and care conditions.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper installation
• Use of abrasive pads, cleaners, or harsh chemicals
• Surface scratches or chips from sharp objects or impact
• Limescale or mineral deposit build-up from prolonged standing water
• Natural variations in color and texture inherent to handcrafted concrete
• Products that have been modified or tampered with

Claims

Warranty claims should be directed to your CONSPIRE distributor with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect.
